2026 Board Member Election

- Members who wish to participate in the upcoming March 3, 2026, election must be in good standing.
- Each member who wishes to participate in the upcoming March 3, 2026, election is entitled to one vote. This is regardless of the number of benefit units to which one has subscribed.
- Each member planning to participate in the upcoming March 3, 2026, election must be checked in and verified before the 5 p.m. meeting. The office will begin accepting members for verification at 4:00 p.m. on March 3, 2026.
- Please ensure you have your account number with you when presenting your verification. It will be used to verify your identity and the ballot. Any ballot without the verified benefit number will be discarded.
- There will be no early voting. Anyone interested in running for the open seats shall identify themselves and deliver a three-minute presentation on their qualifications. Once all candidates have had the opportunity to speak, the vote will be called, the ballot box presented, and all verified ballots shall be cast.
- Once all verified participating members have voted, a determination of the winner shall be made, and the candidate/member shall take their place on the board.
- Subsequently, the board shall elect officers from the fully elected board members.
- Any person who willingly disturbs the meeting shall be asked to leave.
